L&T's stock performance has been impressive, outperforming the Nifty 50 growth index. Geographical diversification has helped mitigate risks, with a focus on domestic and Middle East markets. L&T is keen on enhancing gender diversity, aiming for 10% women employees by 2025-26 through career-assisting schemes and women-friendly facilities. Internationally, L&T has contributed to several iconic projects and is involved in diverse ventures like the Sudair Solar PV plant in Saudi Arabia and blue hydrogen infrastructure in The Netherlands.
