IIT-Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation and L&T EduTech have announced a partnership to offer over 100 joint certification programs aimed at equipping students and professionals with essential skills for the engineering and technology sectors. The collaboration ensures that the curriculum, developed by industry experts from Larsen & Toubro (L&T), remains aligned with the dynamic demands of the industry. These programs cover a wide array of engineering disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical Engineering, as well as emerging technologies like AI, IoT, Digitalisation, Robotics, and Hydrogen Technology. The focus is on providing learners with the necessary expertise to excel in Industry 4.0 and beyond. The programs, which have already certified over a thousand learners, offer options for short-term and executive certifications. The self-paced e-learning modules with automated assessments provide flexibility for learners to enhance their skills at their convenience. Vasan Vasudeval Srini, Chief Projects Officer at IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation, highlighted the interactive nature of the programs, allowing learners to progress at their own pace. Noteworthy aspects of the programs include industry-relevant curriculum designed by top experts, prestigious certification recognized by IITM Pravartak and L&T EduTech, and the flexibility of self-paced learning accessible from anywhere. Some of the trending programs include Robotics and Digitalization in Manufacturing, PLM, Value Chain, and Smart Factory in Industry 4.0, Edge AI principles, Engineering Strategies for Sustainability, as well as Next-Gen Energy Storage covering Battery and Hydrogen Technology. These programs aim to empower learners with the skills needed to thrive in the evolving landscape of engineering and technology.
