Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) 2025, supported by the UAE and its clean energy leader Masdar, will host the Green Hydrogen Summit to advance the global adoption of green hydrogen. The Summit, aligned with Abu Dhabi's vision to become a global green hydrogen hub, will focus on innovation, investment, and sustainable development. Masdar, at the forefront of green hydrogen technologies, plans to produce 1 million tonnes of green hydrogen annually within a decade. The Summit aims to deepen collaboration, unlock investments, develop sustainable financial models, and harmonize global standards. Supported by key partners, including the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy, ADNOC, and Emirates Global Aluminum, the Summit will drive tangible progress towards a thriving green hydrogen ecosystem. Masdar's initiatives aim to support the diversification of the UAE's economy and spearhead the global energy systems transformation, focusing on decarbonizing hard-to-abate sectors and establishing reliable supply chains for green hydrogen derivatives.
