Austria-based Andritz has secured a contract to provide a 100 MW green hydrogen plant to REPCO in Germany. The joint venture, comprising RWE Generation SE, EnBW Neue Energien GmbH, RheinEnergie AG, and Rostock Port GmbH, aims to enhance green hydrogen production and distribution in Europe. The plant, set to be operational in 2027, is pivotal in forming a hydrogen production network in Germany, supporting the continent's shift towards sustainable energy.
