Oil & gas process equipment manufacturer BGR Tech has entered into a Heads of Agreement (HoA) with EPC contractor Chemie Tech to collaborate on multi-megawatt green hydrogen and ammonia projects worldwide. The agreement involves BGR Tech providing critical green hydrogen generation and purification equipment, including electrolysers and engineering expertise. On the other hand, Chemie Tech will handle project execution, including FEED, FID support, design, construction, and operations & maintenance. The partnership aims to drive the global adoption of green hydrogen by delivering scalable and efficient solutions to industries looking for sustainable energy alternatives. By combining BGR Tech's engineering experience with Chemie Tech's project development capabilities, the collaboration is set to create impactful green hydrogen and ammonia infrastructure for the future.
