Shuangliang Hydrogen, a subsidiary of the Chinese conglomerate Shuangliang Group, has secured a contract to supply green hydrogen production equipment for ACME Group's green ammonia project in Oman. This collaboration is part of an MoU signed in April, showcasing strong international clean energy cooperation. ACME Group, a prominent player in India's renewable energy sector, is developing a 100,000 tonnes per annum green ammonia plant in Oman, with plans to expand to 900,000 tpa over multiple phases. ACME Group is also exploring the feasibility of utilizing Hydrogenious LOHC Technologies' innovative Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carrier (LOHC) technology to transport green hydrogen from Oman to Europe, contributing to the decarbonisation of key economic sectors. The collaboration between ACME Group and SLG represents a significant milestone in Oman's green hydrogen sector and highlights a joint effort to address global climate change through clean energy initiatives.
