The Egyptian Ambassador in Prague, Mahmoud Afifi, recently met with the Czech Minister of Science and Research, Marek Ženíšek, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation in scientific research and strengthen bilateral relations. Afifi emphasized Egypt's initiatives in artificial intelligence, information technology, and clean energy infrastructure, including the development of smart cities like the New Administrative Capital and research centers for AI in universities. He also pointed out the potential for collaboration between Egypt and Czech Republic in producing and utilizing hydrogen, with a focus on green hydrogen. Ženíšek echoed the Czech Republic's eagerness to collaborate with Egypt across various scientific research fields, especially in the realm of artificial intelligence.
