The French producer Lhyfe has entered into a 5-year agreement with the German stations operator, H2 Mobility Deutschland, to supply green hydrogen. While France faces political challenges hindering progress, Germany is advancing in mobility with a focus on sustainability. The initial deliveries will cater to 4 stations located in Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate. Frank Fronzke, Managing Director at H2 Mobility, expresses the goal of implementing green hydrogen across the entire network by 2028, showcasing a commitment to environmental-friendly practices. Lhyfe's partnership with H2 Mobility is seen as a vital step towards achieving this ambitious target. Luc Graré, Head of Central and Eastern Europe at Lhyfe, emphasizes the importance of a reliable hydrogen supply and the necessary refueling infrastructure in enabling a transition to zero-carbon transport on a larger scale within the region. The green hydrogen provided by Lhyfe is classified as renewable fuel of non-biological origin.
