In a groundbreaking collaboration, Lhyfe, OX2, and Velarion are spearheading the establishment of a hydrogen-based industrial cluster in Ånge, Sweden. This project, located in Grönsta just north of Torpshammar, aims to leverage wind power and large-scale green hydrogen production to create carbon-negative and neutral products. OX2 will construct a wind farm with substantial production capacity, while Lhyfe will install a hydrogen production unit using electrolysis powered by renewable electricity from the wind farm. Velarion will complement this initiative by building a carbon-neutral fertilizer plant that utilizes green hydrogen to produce green ammonia, reducing carbon emissions in fertilizer production.
