The Himachal Pradesh government has taken a significant step in promoting green energy and pharmaceutical manufacturing by signing a Memorandum of Commitment with Spray Engineering Devices Ltd to establish India's first integrated manufacturing facility for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Green Hydrogen, and 2G Ethanol. This Rs 1,400 crore project in the Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh region of Solan district is expected to generate 1,000 jobs.
