China’s Hygreen Energy and Spain’s Coxabengoa have signed a strategic agreement to collaborate on advancing hydrogen technologies and expanding the market for electrolyzer solutions in Europe. Supported by the Andalusian government, the partnership aims to make Andalusia a green hydrogen hub, fostering innovation, job creation, and sustainable development in the region. The companies plan to establish a European industrial platform to develop hydrogen technologies and supply hydrogen production systems from Andalusia. By combining Hygreen Energy's expertise in electrolyzer solutions with Coxabengoa's renewable technology capabilities, the partnership seeks to accelerate the growth of the green hydrogen economy in Spain and beyond. This collaboration is expected to create skilled jobs in Andalusia and boost the regional hydrogen economy, aligning with the strategy to integrate the entire green hydrogen value chain within the region.
