Hyundai Motor Group has initiated a campaign to support firefighters' recovery by donating hydrogen electric buses equipped with advanced technology to provide comfortable rest areas at fire suppression sites. The campaign video 'Saduk, Sakil' emphasizes the importance of safety and rest for firefighters to protect lives. The buses, based on Universe Hydrogen Electric Vehicle technology, were customized in collaboration with Jeju Island firefighters and the National Fire Agency. They feature air purification systems, high-pressure air guns, and water guns to aid in recovery and equipment cleaning. The buses also provide power supply for additional rest areas like air tents and offer amenities such as conference spaces and cooking areas. Hyundai Motor Group aims to continue supporting firefighters' health and recovery by donating more vehicles and rehabilitation equipment to various regions in South Korea.
