The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) in India is gearing up to unveil a vibrant tableau at the upcoming Republic Day parade in New Delhi. This tableau will not only celebrate India's progress in the renewable energy sector but also pay homage to the nation's rich cultural heritage. Central to the display will be the renowned PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana, recognized as the world's largest residential rooftop solar initiative. Furthermore, the tableau will feature various transformative programs from MNRE that are driving India's green economy and are expected to generate millions of green jobs by 2030. Highlighting India's energy transition, the tableau will showcase the country's advancements in green hydrogen technology and its significant role as the fourth-largest installer of wind energy globally. A special touch to the event includes inviting 800 guests, comprising beneficiaries of programs like PM Suryaghar, PM Kusum, and renewable energy technicians, to witness the tableau firsthand. This gesture symbolizes India's march towards a sustainable and self-reliant future. Led by Union Minister Shri Pralhad Joshi, MNRE remains committed to providing affordable and clean energy to numerous Indian households while fostering domestic manufacturing in the renewable energy sector.
