Tata Steel and Welspun Corp have made history by becoming the first Indian companies to manufacture Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) pipes suitable for transporting gaseous hydrogen. This achievement is attributed to the development of Hydrogen compliant API X65 grade pipes that passed critical tests for high-pressure hydrogen transportation.
