Neom Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC), a joint venture of ACWA Power, Air Products, and Neom, is constructing the world's largest green hydrogen plant in Saudi Arabia's Neom region. The company announced a recruitment drive for various functions to support the construction and operations of the plant. With a focus on talent acquisition, NGHC organized a virtual career fair that attracted over 9,000 registrations. The CEO emphasized the importance of assembling a skilled team to lead the project towards a cleaner and more sustainable energy future. The green hydrogen plant in Neom will be powered by a significant capacity of solar and wind energy, including millions of solar panels and hundreds of wind turbines. This project plays a crucial role in Saudi Arabia's transition to renewable energy and aligns with the national target of having 50% of power sourced from renewables by 2030 as part of the Saudi Green Initiative.
