NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) has launched its largest recruitment drive for 2025, focusing on attracting top talent for its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team at the world's largest green hydrogen plant in NEOM. The Virtual Career Fair scheduled for April 18 and 19, 2025, aims to engage candidates directly with NGHC's team. As a key player in the energy transition in Saudi Arabia, NGHC, a joint venture between ACWA Power, Air Products, and NEOM, is committed to decarbonizing hard-to-abate industries like heavy industry and transportation. The company is actively building a skilled Saudi workforce while collaborating with international experts and educational institutions to upskill the local youth for the green hydrogen and renewable energy sector. This recruitment drive follows a successful 2024 campaign and signifies a strategic growth phase for NGHC as it progresses towards operational readiness. The CEO emphasizes the significance of attracting top talent to operate the facility that will produce 600 tonnes of carbon-free hydrogen daily by the end of 2026. The Virtual Career Fair will offer insights into career opportunities within the O&M team and highlight the pioneering work at the green hydrogen project, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Saudi Green Initiative's goals for sustainability and economic diversification.
