The Minister for Ecological Transition, Teresa Ribera, has revealed Spain's imminent launch of aid for green hydrogen projects, slated to enhance the generation capacity significantly within two years. In collaboration with the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE), the initiative is part of the country's Investment Strategy for 2024-2026. The financial aid, sourced from the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (PRTR), demonstrates a national commitment to sustainable energy development and economic revival. Minister Ribera emphasized the public release of calls for aid in the upcoming week, focusing on four major programs. This proactive approach aligns with President Pedro Sánchez's recent announcement, highlighting Spain's dedication to advancing green hydrogen technologies for a greener future.
