The Czech Republic government approved an update to its hydrogen strategy on 17th July, in line with European policies promoting renewable hydrogen use in transport and industry. The strategy focuses on a three-phased approach to market development. Initially, the emphasis is on localized production and consumption through hydrogen valleys, then transitioning to large-scale imports by the end of the decade and in the 2030s.
