At the Asia Pacific Green Hydrogen Conference & Exhibition 2024 in Malaysia, Hydrexia Borneo Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Hydrexia Holding Limited, a prominent hydrogen solutions provider in China, announced a pivotal agreement with ICE SEDCE Hydrogen Sdn Bhd (ISHSB) of Malaysia. This strategic alliance involves the formation of a joint venture dedicated to developing, operating, and maintaining hydrogen refueling stations (HRS) and storage solutions. The collaboration, marked by a Heads of Agreement (HOA), is aimed at combining the technological and market strengths of both entities to cater to Malaysia’s evolving hydrogen infrastructure needs. Specifically, the joint venture will work on deploying HRS and storage solutions for the Rembus depot of the Automated Rapid Transit System, an essential part of the Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS).
