Utility Global, a clean hydrogen production group, is teaming up with Hanwha Corp. E&C Division in South Korea to conduct a pre-FEED study for implementing the H2Gen system at wastewater treatment plants. The collaboration aims to evaluate the technical and economic viability of constructing a hydrogen production plant that utilizes biogas from South Korean wastewater facilities. This clean hydrogen will be utilized in South Korea's hydrogen-powered mobility sector and other clean energy applications. Utility's CEO, Parker Meeks, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting the strategic importance of expanding their H2Gen system globally to support the production of clean hydrogen economically and sustainably. The partnership signifies Utility's entry into South Korea's thriving hydrogen mobility market, with plans for future expansion across multiple regions. The pre-FEED study will provide essential data for a design package, aiding Hanwha in making informed decisions about integrating the H2Gen system for hydrogen production using biogas. Hanwha Corp.
