The boat, repowered with ZEI's Z-Class prototype power system, features a 375 horsepower, 465 lb-ft torque hydrogen fuel cell system that outperforms traditional engines. ZEI's system includes fuel cell stacks, a Li-Ion battery, hydrogen safety systems, and more, delivering peak power of 390 kW and continuous power of 280 kW.
