The Secretary General of the Arab Energy Organization (AEO), Jamal Al-Loughani, revealed ambitious plans for nine Arab states to collectively produce 8 million tons of low-carbon hydrogen annually by 2030, with a projected increase to 27.5 million tons by 2040.
