Aslan Energy Capital has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CalYan XGH to supply 100,000 tonnes per annum of sustainable hydrogen from its green hydrogen project development in Sonora, Mexico, to California. The ANEM Project in Caborca, Sonora, is a solar-powered facility dedicated to producing green hydrogen and green ammonia, set to be operational by 2028. The collaboration between Aslan and CalYan aims to establish a seamless clean hydrogen supply chain to address California's growing demand for clean energy, particularly in technology data centers and sustainable mobility infrastructures. Aslan will handle hydrogen delivery to the Southern California border, while CalYan will manage downstream distribution and infrastructure within California. The partnership signifies a commitment to accelerating the global energy transition and fostering sustainable development, as expressed by the CEOs of both companies.
