The Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) and JOLT have partnered to address the need for more urban electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in Canada. The $194 million loan agreement will enable the installation of up to 1,500 affordable and accessible fast charging ports in high-density urban areas nationwide. JOLT's EV charging stations offer innovative technology and fast charging capabilities, providing users with up to 7 kWh of free charging per car per day, equivalent to around 50 kilometers of driving range.
