He discussed the importance of reducing pollution and the future potential of hydrogen, stressing the goal of decreasing production costs to one dollar per kilogram. Despite acknowledging challenges in hydrogen infrastructure, Gadkari highlighted its crucial role in the transportation sector. Additionally, he addressed the benefits of upcoming expressways that will reduce travel times and pollution. Gadkari's initiatives also include setting up 60 vehicle scrapping centers to incentivize the replacement of old cars with newer, more efficient models. He emphasized the role of technology in enhancing fuel efficiency and reducing pollution, showcasing the differences in costs between petrol, CNG, and electric vehicles. Moreover, Gadkari shared the progress in Nagpur, emphasizing infrastructure developments like multi-level bridges and the city's achievements in continuous water supply and treated wastewater sales. Addressing societal issues, Gadkari denounced caste-based politics and advocated for unity, equality, and humanity to prevail over divisive factors like caste, religion, or gender.
