The Ministry of Energy in Romania is gearing up to launch a call for projects for investments in hydrogen production, as announced by Minister Sebastian Burduja at the Regional Energy Forum (FOREN 2024). The Minister highlighted the success of previous investments, showcasing the private market's interest in green energy projects with support from the government and the EU. Plans include allocating 100 million euros for hydrogen production and prioritizing energy storage with an aim to invest 150 million euros by the year-end.
