SSE and EET Hydrogen have joined forces to establish a new green hydrogen production facility, Gowy Green Hydrogen, at the Stanlow Manufacturing Complex in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, UK. The project is set to provide low-carbon hydrogen to industrial offtakers in the region to facilitate their decarbonisation efforts and foster job creation. With a focus on delivering 10GW of low-carbon hydrogen by 2030, the UK is committed to advancing its clean energy transition.
