The agreement involves integrating 30 hydrogen electric tractor units into Explore's fleet, supported by comprehensive services like maintenance plans, safety training, refuelling infrastructure, and driver training. Founded in 2015, Explore provides transport and plant hire services to various sectors and operates a fleet of 150 trucks and 6,000 plant hire assets across seven depots in the UK. With a firm belief in the potential of hydrogen-electric fuel cell vehicles to revolutionize long-haul trucking, Explore aims to significantly reduce its carbon footprint through this green transition.
