Mobii Green Energy Group and North Rakaia Ltd have signed a groundbreaking agreement to establish the world's first Green Hydrogen Data Centre in Canterbury, New Zealand. The $2 billion project includes the construction of 850MW solar and 300MW wind farms, green hydrogen production facilities, and a 750MW AI data center powered solely by green energy. This initiative marks the implementation of Mobii Green Energy's Global Green Hydrogen Intelligent City (Green HI-City) plan, aiming to integrate green energy and computing power to accelerate the country's green transition.
