At the 4th Global Renewable Energy Investors Meet & Expo (RE-INVEST) 2024, Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) and Adani New Industries Ltd (ANIL) made significant investment commitments in renewable projects by 2030. Adani Green Energy, India's largest renewable energy company, aims to reach a capacity of 50 GW by 2030, a substantial increase from its current operational capacity of 11.2 GW. The Adani Group disclosed a staggering Rs 4,05,800 crore investment plan at the conference, focusing on solar, wind, and Green Hydrogen projects. This investment is projected to create job opportunities for 71,100 individuals, reflecting the group's dedication to sustainable energy and job creation. Adani New Industries is set to establish a 10 GW solar manufacturing plant, 5 GW wind manufacturing facility, 10 GW Green Hydrogen output, and 5 GW electrolyser manufacturing. The commitment to Green Hydrogen production, including Green Ammonia, indicates the group's alignment with clean energy solutions. The ambitious plans showcased at RE-INVEST 2024 highlight Adani Group's drive towards renewable energy, economic development, and environmental sustainability.
