American Airlines has announced its strategic equity investment in Universal Hydrogen, a company focused on building hydrogen distribution and logistics networks for aviation. This investment makes American Airlines the first U.S. airline to engage in both the research and development of green hydrogen propulsion technologies and the distribution of hydrogen fuel.
