Through its subsidiary, Westmarket Oil & Gas, all requisite regulatory submissions have been made. Additionally, Georgina has enlisted Aztech Well Construction to oversee the well re-entry programme. The next steps involve seeking authorization from Australia’s Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation & Safety (DEMIRS) to re-enter and re-drill an existing well to tap into the project's potential resources effectively. Environmental impact assessments are being conducted by an independent consultancy, and risk assessments along with contingency plans are being finalized for the drilling approval application. Concurrently, preparations are being made for on-site work and civil construction. The company is also analyzing new seismic data to improve the structural mapping of the Hussar prospect, which is critical for the identification of valuable resources.
