The Hydrogen Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, at a board meeting on February 27, 2025, approved the lease of a building, conveyor, and racking system for hydrogen in the Tiger Suvarnabhumi DC Project to Tiger Distribution and Logistics Company Limited. The lease term is set for 3 years, starting from July 1, 2025, until June 30, 2028. Hydrogen had initially invested in the assets of the project by acquiring freehold rights of lands, warehouse buildings, and other movable properties from Sahapat Real Estate Company Limited, I.D.F. Company Limited, and Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited on December 1, 2022. Following this investment, Hydrogen became the lessor for Tiger Distribution and Logistics Company Limited, taking over from Sahapat Real Estate Company Limited. The lease includes a building with a leasable area of 40,779 square meters and a Conveyor and Racking System. The agreement outlines the continuous renewal of the lease agreements between Hydrogen and Tiger after the initial 3-year term.
