The measures included amendments to various laws such as property, groundwater monitoring, work permit fees regulation, and the penal code to address property procedures, sustainable water extraction, labor laws compliance, and prison overcrowding. The government also focused on industrial development by reducing land prices in industrial cities, granting phosphate mining concessions, and partnering with China for investments in green hydrogen. To support businesses, tax disputes were resolved, and digital transformation measures like flexible work arrangements were implemented. The Cabinet also secured a 31 million euro grant for the Aqaba-Amman National Carrier Project to address water shortage issues.
