The partnership will deploy DiagnaMed’s cutting-edge technology, designed to extract natural clean hydrogen, at the project site. Fabio Chianelli, Chairman and CEO of DiagnaMed, and John Karagiannidis, CEO of QIMC, expressed their enthusiasm for the collaboration, emphasizing the importance of integrating innovative technologies into sustainable energy production. DiagnaMed's hydrogen production technology, developed by Dr. Qingwang Yuan, combines hydraulic fracturing with electromagnetic wave heating to extract hydrogen efficiently from various sources. The method not only offers sustainability benefits but also aligns with global initiatives for carbon-neutral hydrogen production. QIMC will receive 2,000,000 shares of DMED in exchange for the collaboration.
