AM Green, a prominent player in green hydrogen and ammonia production, has partnered with global logistics giant DP World to establish a sustainable supply chain for exporting green fuels and chemicals. The collaboration, aimed at exporting 1 MTPA of green ammonia and 1 MTPA of green methanol annually, will focus on developing port infrastructure, creating bunkering hubs in strategic locations, and building terminals to meet the growing demand for zero-carbon supply chains. AM Green's projects in India utilize renewable energy sources to produce sustainable fuels, with a target of reaching a 5 MTPA production capacity by 2030. This initiative not only contributes to India's net-zero goals but also supports OECD markets by aiding Europe's hydrogen import targets. The partnership also underscores DP World's commitment to global trade sustainability by facilitating the distribution of clean fuels. AM Green, founded by the Greenko Group, aims to produce green aviation fuel, chemicals, and biofuels, with plans to supply 1 MTPA of green hydrogen, a significant portion of India's national green hydrogen goal.
