By utilizing high-performance computing, the project plans to simulate and enhance the design of hydrogen burners, addressing challenges such as flame positioning, fuel-air mixing, and heat flux optimization. The ultimate goal is to accelerate the development of new burner technologies, thereby supporting the large-scale adoption of hydrogen in industrial furnaces and contributing to greenhouse gas emissions reduction by up to 276 million metric tons annually.
