ClearSign Technologies Corporation has announced the reception of a follow-on purchase order to retrofit 26 ClearSign Core™ burners in a Texas petrochemical facility. The project, in collaboration with Birwelco USA Inc., aims to support decarbonization efforts, enhance operational efficiency, promote hydrogen use as a fuel, and reduce emissions significantly. The purchase order, the largest in ClearSign's history, will involve the installation of these hydrogen-capable burners in stages with the final delivery expected in the second half of 2025. Jim Deller, the CEO of ClearSign, expressed satisfaction with this development and highlighted the importance of this project in showcasing the company's flex fuel hydrogen burner technology. The successful completion of this project is anticipated to establish a strong foothold for ClearSign in the US Gulf Coast region, providing a valuable reference for future endeavors in the industrial combustion sector.
