Egypt's new capital city, the New Administrative Capital (NAC), is set to receive a $1 billion skyscraper powered by clean hydrogen. The Saudi-controlled real estate firm, Magnom Properties, is leading the construction of the 50-storey Forbes International Tower. The tower, aiming to be the first net-zero carbon tower in the Middle East and North Africa, will feature solar panels to generate 25% of its electricity consumption, reducing reliance on utilities.
