ENOC Group's innovative approach to sustainability was recently recognized at the 2024 edition of ideasUK Idea of the Year Competition in Manchester, United Kingdom. The group received the award for its groundbreaking work on the first green hydrogen station situated within Expo City Dubai's Service Station of the Future (SSoF). This station not only offers green hydrogen but also provides conventional fuels and electric vehicle charging, making it a comprehensive energy hub. The initiative supports the UAE's National Hydrogen Strategy 2050 and was inaugurated during COP28, highlighting Dubai's aim to lead by example in sustainability. The green hydrogen station is powered by green hydrogen generated at the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park, showcasing a fully integrated renewable energy solution. Its capabilities include efficient refueling of approximately 25 fuel cell electric vehicles in just seven minutes, with options for dual fuelling at 350 and 700 bar to accommodate varying needs.
