Greenzo Energy has announced securing a multi-crore hydrogen project in South India, bringing its total order book worth to Rs 1,200 crore. The project was awarded by the state-owned Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) and involves establishing a hydrogen generation plant at the Ennore SEZ Supercritical Thermal Power Plant in Tamil Nadu. The project aims to produce 20 normal cubic meters of hydrogen per hour, contributing significantly to India's Green Hydrogen Mission. The Founder and Managing Director of Greenzo Energy, Sandeep Agarwal, highlighted that the project is scheduled to be completed within an 18-month timeframe. Greenzo Energy, known for its integrated green hydrogen energy solutions, will design and manufacture electrolyzers for the project at its facility in Sanand, Gujarat. This initiative marks a major step towards delivering zero-emission energy services and promoting sustainability in the region.
