H2APEX, a subsidiary of H2APEX Group SCA, has acquired the hydrogen project of HH2E at the Lubmin site in Germany. The company plans to complete the green hydrogen production facility initially planned by HH2E, with an expansion of up to 1,000 MW of electrolysis capacity.
