Hystar AS has awarded the German industrial engineering company, thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering, with the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) contract for the supply of an automated electrolyser manufacturing line for its GW factory located in Høvik, Norway. This collaboration signifies a significant step in Hystar's expansion plans, aiming to enhance efficiency and increase capacity from the current 100 MW. The new production line boasts a unique feature of requiring only 2,500 m2 of total footprint, which includes stack assembly, quality control, and testing. By leveraging strategic suppliers from an established high-volume supply chain, Hystar can efficiently scale up its production capacity.
