Skeleton Technologies is collaborating with leading companies like Airbus, BMW, Michelin, Neumann & Esser, and Air Products to develop the Hydrogen Booster as part of the SuperBattery-based energy storage power pack. This initiative aims to lower the total cost of ownership for hydrogen vehicles and promote their adoption in the market. By implementing this technology, the project also seeks to reduce the dependency on critical raw materials and enhance the resilience of the supply chain within the European Union. The Estonian government's support for Skeleton's hydrogen technology development within the pan-European IPCEI hydrogen program Hy2Move is significant, with a financial backing of EUR 18 million. This initiative is part of a larger effort involving seven EU member states, with a combined public funding of EUR 1.4 billion, expected to leverage an additional EUR 3.3 billion in private investments. Through collaborations with prominent companies in the industry, Skeleton Technologies aims to drive innovation and sustainability in the mobility and transport sectors.
