Spain is making strides towards establishing a comprehensive hydrogen network, with plans to repurpose existing gas pipelines for the initiative. The CEO of Enagas, a major gas TSO company, revealed that around one-fifth of the planned 2,600km hydrogen network in Spain will leverage the existing gas infrastructure. This strategic move not only maximizes the utilization of already established pipelines but also highlights Spain's dedication to transitioning towards cleaner energy sources.
