Sungrow Hydrogen has entered a supply agreement with ACME Group to provide electrolysis equipment for a large green ammonia project in Oman. This project aims to produce green hydrogen at a significant scale by utilizing multiple sets of alkaline equipment from Sungrow. ACME plans to kick off operations in 2026, with an initial focus on generating up to 300 tonnes per day of the green hydrogen carrier. In addition to the Oman project, Sungrow has been actively involved in the hydrogen sector, including operating at the Shanxi Yulin Coal Chemical Industry base in China and partnering with Tianying's green hydrogen, methanol, and ammonia project in Jilin. Sungrow's General Manager, Jason Jin, highlighted the company's interest in further expanding into the European market due to its significant potential.
