Nikola, a specialist in hydrogen-powered freight trucks, has achieved a record sales quarter in Q3 by selling 88 of its Class 8 electric trucks. This is in line with their guidance of between 80 and 100 fuel cell units for the quarter. In total, Nikola has sold 200 hydrogen fuel cell trucks in the first three quarters of 2024 and 235 since the truck's launch in Q4 of the previous year. The company's CEO, Steve Girsky, expressed pride in this achievement and highlighted the importance of their mission to pioneer solutions for a zero-emission world. All Nikola trucks are manufactured in Coolidge, Arizona. Additionally, the establishment of the first-ever U.S. dealer-based HYLA modular refueling station demonstrates Nikola's commitment to expanding hydrogen infrastructure, further supporting the growth of hydrogen-powered transportation.
