Industrie De Nora and Asahi Kasei have entered into a partnership to develop and commercialize electrolyzers and containerized systems for small-scale green hydrogen production. De Nora will employ its Italian Gigafactory located in Cernusco sul Naviglio for the production and assembly of systems ranging from 1 to 7.5 MW capacity. Simultaneously, Asahi Kasei will leverage its global network to create sales opportunities and provide after-sales services in various industrial markets, including mobility. The collaboration emphasizes the rising demand for green hydrogen, a cleaner energy source produced through water electrolysis, as a crucial element in the global decarbonization efforts. De Nora's strategy includes increasing production volumes at the Gigafactory under construction and expanding market reach, particularly in the Asian region, through this partnership with Asahi Kasei.
