Sungrow Hydrogen, based in Hefei, China, has secured a significant supply agreement with ACME Group for the provision of water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment for a 320MW green ammonia project in Oman. This partnership signifies the initiation of a collaborative effort between the two companies in the Middle East region. The agreement entails Sungrow Hydrogen supplying multiple sets of ALK hydrogen production equipment and flexible green hydrogen production solutions for the project, with delivery scheduled for completion within 2025. The green ammonia project, a core element of ACME Group's green energy strategy in the Middle East, is expected to commence operations in 2026, boasting an initial production capacity of 300 tonnes per day.
