Verdagy, a prominent green hydrogen electrolysis company, has recently partnered with Petron Scientech, a company specializing in renewable chemical and biofuel technologies, to revolutionize the production of biofuels. Through this strategic collaboration, Petron will leverage 320 MW of Verdagy's cutting-edge eDynamic® electrolyzers to generate over 45 kilo tons per annum of green hydrogen, which will be integrated into their biorefinery projects. This integration is expected to result in a significant reduction of over 15 megatons of CO2e solely from green hydrogen, and a further reduction of 2 megatons/year when combined with the biorefinery processes, totaling over 60 megatons of CO2e over the project's lifetime. Petron's focus on sustainability and low carbon intensity biorefineries aligns well with Verdagy's mission to drive mass adoption of green hydrogen and reduce carbon emissions.
